What you'll do

Understand what each Tenlo product costs and unlocks, how to upgrade through the Stripe billing portal, how to cancel, and what happens to your access at the end of a billing period.

Before you start

  • You need to be signed into Tenlo to manage your subscription.
  • Upgrade and cancel actions go through the Stripe billing portal — have your payment method ready if you're upgrading.

Products and prices

All prices are in CAD per month. No setup fees. Month-to-month.

Growth Bundle — $599/mo: All four products for one price. Saves $247/mo versus subscribing individually. Sales Outreach in the bundle includes the same 500-prospect/month cap as the standalone product.

Sales Outreach prospect cap: Sales Outreach sends from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, connected via OAuth during onboarding. Google and Microsoft cap a single mailbox at roughly 50 sends per day (~1,500/month) to protect deliverability — a provider limit, not a Tenlo one. Your plan cap is 500 prospects/month. For higher volume, contact hello@tenloai.com about additional dedicated mailboxes.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing (or navigate to /dashboard/settings/billing).
  2. Click Manage Billing →.
  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal, where you can add products, switch to the bundle, update your payment method, or view past invoices.
  4. Changes take effect immediately — new product flags are enabled on your account and the relevant dashboard tabs appear in the nav.

If the Manage Billing button is not visible, your account may be on a legacy plan without a Stripe customer ID. Contact support@tenloai.com for help.

How to cancel

Cancellation is handled through the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Go to Billing → Manage Billing →.
  2. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.
  3. Confirm cancellation.

Your products stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the product flags are disabled and the corresponding dashboard sections are hidden.

Cancelling mid-period does not trigger a refund for the current period. Access remains active until the period ends.

What happens at end-of-period

When a subscription ends (cancelled or payment fails for too long):

  • Product flags are set to false on your account.
  • Dashboard tabs for the disabled products stop appearing in the nav.
  • Your data (reviews, conversations, leads, knowledge base) is retained while your account is open and for 90 days after cancellation, then automatically purged. Resubscribe within that window and everything is still there. For an immediate deletion request, email hello@tenloai.com.
  • Active sequences in Sales Outreach stop enrolling new prospects, but emails already in flight for enrolled prospects complete their schedule.

Trial periods

New subscriptions start with a free trial (14 days for Reputation AI; 7 days for all other products). No charge until the trial ends. You'll see a "Free Trial" badge and a countdown in the Billing tab during the trial period.

Common problems

Manage Billing button is missing or disabled. This usually means your account doesn't yet have a Stripe customer ID — common for accounts provisioned manually before the billing portal was set up. Email support@tenloai.com and someone will sort it out.

I cancelled but still see the product in my nav. Access runs until the end of your billing period, even after cancellation. The nav item will disappear automatically on the period end date.

I upgraded but the new product tab hasn't appeared. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If it still doesn't appear after a minute, sign out and back in — the plan flag cache is updated on login.

My payment failed. What happens? You'll see a "Payment Past Due" badge on the Billing tab. Tenlo's Stripe config gives a short grace window before access is revoked. Go to Manage Billing and update your payment method before the grace period expires.
